2009 harvest

2009 was characterized by a hailstorm in June, which affected some vineyards in part. Followed by very hot and humid summer, which helped the maturation of the grapes. In vineyards affected by hail some clusters felt down, so the hail has thinned in a natural way bringing more quality to the remaining clusters.
The white wines of this vintage are rich and complex, while red wines are balanced. In this vintage the fruit of the barbera is particularly enhanced and complex.
