The International Alba White Truffle Fair returns for its 95th edition with a rich calendar of events blending food, culture, and territory.
An unmissable event for enthusiasts, tourists, and professionals who gather each year in the heart of the Langhe hills.

🍂 A Celebration of the White Truffle’s Excellence

The undisputed star is the Alba White Truffle, one of the most prized and rare products in the world.
The fair was created to promote this treasure and enhance the gastronomic and cultural heritage of the Langhe, Roero, and Monferrato hills, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The event takes place from October 11 to December 8, 2025, every weekend (from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm), transforming the town of Alba into a vibrant stage of sensory experiences, authentic flavors, local traditions, and international encounters.

At the heart of the fair is the World Truffle Market, where visitors can buy fresh, certified truffles, guaranteed by the Quality Commission. It’s a unique opportunity to meet the trifolau (truffle hunters) and discover this true “diamond of the earth.”

But it’s not just about truffles: fine wines, local specialties, and a Grand Wine Bar curated by AIS Piemonte await you! 🍇
