On the occasion of the 95th International Alba White Truffle Fair, we offer you an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
Special lunches and dinners await you, featuring truffle-focused menus, perfectly paired with our estate wines.

Lunch (at 12:30 pm): Sunday, Oct. 19th – 26th / Nov. 2nd – 16th
Dinner (at 7:30 pm): Saturday, Oct. 25th / Nov. 1st

Hand-chopped raw meat with black truffle shavings:
a classic from Piedmont, elegant and aromatic.

Roasted peppers with “fake” bagna cauda (no garlic):
sweetness and intensity in balance, for a typical dish with a delicate twist.

🍚 Creamy risotto with toma cheese and truffle
Risotto with alpine toma cheese, enriched with fresh truffle shavings

🥘 Braised beef with baked potatoes
Slow-cooked beef served with herb-scented potatoes wrapped in foil

🍮 Traditional Bunet
The typical Piedmontese dessert made with cocoa and amaretti
