We present the first Cooking Class organised in collaboration with RosaRegina.
Valeria & Simona are two sisters who are passionate about healthy cooking. Cooking has been in their family forever, since their chef grandfather ran a home catering business. This passion has been passed down from generation to generation; the name RosaRegina (the union of the two great-grandmothers’ names) recalls family unity and tradition.
The event will take place at our winery on Saturday 25th Mayfrom 10 a.m. onwards.
It will begin with a tour of the cellar, followed by an aperitif prepared for you by Simona & Valeria and a glass of wine.
This will be followed by cooking a typical 4-course Piedmontese menu prepared according to the seasonality of products and tradition. The experience ends with lunch cooked by you, accompanied by two wines from our cellar.
You will receive as gift the Demarie branded apron used during the lesson, together with a recipe book of the dishes you have prepared, so that you can replicate the recipes at home.
The experience lasts approximately 3 to 3.5 hours and will be organised for a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 8 people.
The cost is € 130.00/each and a deposit of 30% will be requested upon confirmation of the booking.
